The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including monthly reports. If you wish to be scheduled to speak at this meeting, please contact the Association’s office at (281) 852-1155 not later than three days prior to the scheduled meeting.
An Executive Session is scheduled. Items that may be discussed in this closed session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.
